Some people say opportunities are everywhere. Some say the opportunity will not come twice.
If I refer to the two sentences above, I will make a temporary conclusion about the opportunity. So opportunities are everywhere, but the same opportunity will not come twice in contiguous time.
Like the title in the article, on this occasion, I will discuss what the public figures think about opportunity.
The opportunity will not make people successful. But it is people who can take advantage of the opportunity that will succeed in the future. So it all depends on how we respond to the opportunity that comes.
What are some examples of opportunities in daily life? The most important examples of opportunities are definitely time and health.
But humans often do not realize that they have been given such great opportunities in the form of health and time.
As implied in the quote of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad:
“There are two blessings which many people lose: (They are) Health and free time for doing good.” (Narrated by Bukhari, Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah).
“Take care of five cases before (come) five (other) cases. Your youth before your old age, your health before your illness, your riches before your poverty, your free time before your busyness, and your life before your death.” (HR Nasai and Baihaqi).
If we can take advantage of our health and fill our time with useful things related to our main goals, then we have taken advantage of the most important opportunities that we often don’t realize.
In addition to the main opportunities quoted from the hadith above, there are also other opportunities that can be found in our daily lives.
For example, you get the opportunity to work in one of the favorite restaurants that are crowded with visitors as an assistant chef.
You can take this opportunity to learn from the main chef how to make a popular food recipe at the restaurant. You can also learn how to manage a restaurant so that people can visit it.
But as explained above, this also depends on your perspective on something, whether you can take positive lessons from your current situation or even consider it a burden.
That’s a glimpse of the opportunity; then, we will find out how the public opinion figures about the opportunity.
Come on, let’s face it!
